My Story

My consulting journey began in 2017 at Balance Integration, a culture transformation firm, where I served as a Strategic Account Manager. My mission was clear: to help organizations cultivate the well-being of their leaders and employees.

I then served as the Director of Programs and Engagement at HealthKick, a cutting-edge well-being and engagement platform. In this capacity, I successfully consulted with over 60 clients on program design, delivery, and engagement strategies. During the peak of the pandemic, I developed more than 50 hybrid and virtual programs, empowering my clients to connect, engage, and support the well-being and professional growth of their evolving workforce.

Despite my nine years of experience in well-being consulting, I recognized a critical reality: the traditional approach to organizational well-being was often lacking in effectiveness. This insight led me to pose an essential question that I often share with my clients: “What else?” – a powerful coaching prompt introduced by author and researcher Michael Bungay Stanier. This question spurred my fascination with discovering the deeper factors that influence the well-being of leaders and employees beyond conventional programs.

To deepen my understanding, I pursued a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at NYU. My academic journey illuminated the fundamental shifts in how we work and perceive work today. In other words, leadership and the workplace is evolving.

In a time defined by rapid innovation, change, and uncertainty, organizations must navigate challenges at an unprecedented pace. Leaders, in particular, wield significant influence over their teams yet encounter substantial obstacles along the way.

With these insights guiding my work, I design tailored developmental and coaching programs that equip organizations and leaders with the competitive edge necessary to thrive and perform, while prioritizing well-being for everyone involved.

  • Awarded the EZRA Coaching Fellowship where I revamped their Leadership Development framework by interviewing 10 learning and talent development executives on leadership skills and competencies

  • Coached emerging leaders at NYU, JDC Entwine, and the MTA on developmental skills, competencies, and career goals

  • Graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a degree in Public Relations - I have a knack for designing effective communications strategies and a degree to prove it.

  • I believe in the strength of community, networks, and peer to peer learning - I am a proud member of ATD, ICF, and volunteered at the Society of Consulting Psychologist’s 2024 Winter Conference. I also led HR initiatives as an Executive Board Member of NYU’s SHRM student chapter.
