Stage 1: Deep dive discovery on organizational goals, values, and objectives with a thorough analysis on organizational challenges, leadership needs, and developmental gaps.
Stage 2: Define and co-create strategy and programs for leadership from recommendations
Stage 3: In depth project management plan with timelines, benchmarks, and milestones including communications and engagement strategies
Stage 4: Implementation of leadership strategy and programs with end-to-end management of ongoing programs including marketing materials, communications, and scorecards to evaluate progress and make enhancements or changes to ensure success
Stage 5: Post-event metrics and evaluation along with feedback and survey reporting to review success and impact of strategy and programs

What’s Included
If an Individual: Clients working with me on an individual basis will complete a client questionnaire and onboarding session with me to review the coaching agreement and goals. Then, we get started with 1:1 sessions. Individual clients have access to me via email and text support in between sessions.
If an Organization: Participants in coaching cohorts and programs set by the organization will complete individual onboarding sessions, discuss client questionnaire results, and review coaching agreement. Then, we start coaching engagements in teams, groups, or 1:1 sessions.

Stage 1: Conduct a discovery and analysis of leadership development goals, needs, and objectives specific to your organization.
Stage 2: Customize leadership and organizational development topics and areas of focus for workshops, seminars, or retreats.
Stage 3: End to end management of event(s) including materials, communications, and engagement strategies along with vendor selection, budget management, contract, and negotiations.
Stage 4: Provide post-event metrics including feedback & survey reporting.
