What’s Included
If an Individual: Clients working with me on an individual basis will complete a client questionnaire and onboarding session with me to review the coaching agreement and goals. Then, we get started with 1:1 sessions. Individual clients have access to me via email and text support in between sessions.
If an Organization: Participants in coaching cohorts and programs set by the organization will complete individual onboarding sessions, discuss client questionnaire results, and review coaching agreement. Then, we start coaching engagements in teams, groups, or 1:1 sessions.
