Context:

During my time as a Senior Account Manager at Balance Integration, one of our globally recognized clients hired a new Head of Benefits with a progressive vision of wellbeing. Our mission was to challenge the status quo of wellbeing in the workplace while creating buy-in and alignment with senior leaders.

Action:

Conducted focus groups and facilitation workshops with employees and senior leaders on wellbeing vision, perceptions on trust, and instilling organizational trust amongst employees and senior leaders.

Key Result:

Launched wellbeing stipend for employees that allowed them to use funds for their wellbeing in the ways that mattered most to them and fit within their schedules and daily lives. The program had 70% utilization and employee feedback reported that organizational trust increased and employee perception amongst leadership was more positive.
